Everyone has a hunch about how often finance is the real constraint on traction. Nobody has the shared numbers. This benchmark collects what implementers see across their portfolios — which finance failures are most common, how often a green Scorecard still hides a profit or cash problem, and how many companies are operating below the finance seat their complexity requires — and turns it into a picture the whole community can use.
Contributors receive the aggregate findings. Your individual answers are never published or attributed — findings are reported only in aggregate. Contact details are optional, and used solely to send you the results. The value is in the pattern across many implementers; the more who contribute, the sharper the picture.
Why it exists
Most claims about "finance and EOS" are assertions. This is an attempt to replace assertion with evidence — real data from the people who see dozens of implementations up close. The findings will be published openly here as the sample grows.
